近赤外光ツールの新作。nanobodyを使って、NIR-light受容体の応答の弱さをカバーしていて、細胞内在性のリガンド(bilverdin)のみで十分な応答が得られているのが強み。ただ、nanobodyを使っているので観察しようと思うと結局別の蛍光タンパクが必要。
